  • The help desk service is not responsible for loss of data or information contained in the devices submitted to us. Help Desk will not perform any backup of the contents saved on the devices sent to us. Once repaired, the equipment will be returned with no contents or with the factory-original contents.
  • The guarantee offered by Soyntec covers defects in workmanship or materials that your product may have in production process. Defects or failures caused by accident, misuse, wear, breakage, alteration, and those caused by the intervention of agents other than those authorized technicians are not included on the warranty.
  • To execute the necessary steps to admit your product to be repaired, is necessary to send to us your purchase ticket or invoice, which clearly appreciate the purchase date, reference and price of the device. This document will be requested by help desk service in order to initialize repairing service.
