Is Nexoos 580 compatible with Windows 7?
The device is compatible with Windows 7. You must perform a manual installation of the device:

- Press the right mouse button on the Computer icon and select Manage.
- In Device Management, click on the device (displayed as eHome Infrared Receiver).
- Click Update driver software and then Browse my computer.
- Select "Let me pick from a list ..."
- Select USB Composite Device and click continue

Nexoos 580 doesn´t detect my SIM card, what happens?
The SIM must be detected using the software included on the CD. Unlike other cards, this can´t be recognized by the O.S. automatically.
